2-1-1 Metro DC is a partnership of 211Answers,Please! in the District of Columbia, 2-1-1 Maryland and 2-1-1 VIRGINIA.  Each jurisdiction maintains a statewide database of health and human resources that is accessible to 2-1-1 call center operators in the National Capital Area through a shared software platform.

2-1-1 Answers,Please! in the District of Columbia is co-located with 3-1-1 and 9-1-1 in the Office of Unified Communications.  2-1-1 call center operators share a comprehensive database and are staffed to answer inquiries from the public 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

21-1 Maryland has four call centers that share a statewide database and are staffed to  answer inquiries from the public 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
